I’m Natalie, owner and creative director at Rose & Shine Creative. My middle name is Rose, and as a sunshine-loving optimist, I launched Rose & Shine to create intentional, artful brands that inspire and connect.

My design style blends creativity, curiosity, and heart, shaped by my Minnesota roots, travels, and a lifelong love of making art. After years in marketing, design, and client roles — and freelancing under my own name — I built Rose & Shine to focus on helping others bring their brand visions to life.

When I’m not designing, you’ll find me in the pottery studio, hiking, snowboarding, or enjoying time on the water with my husband, Tom, and our yellow Lab, Lottie.
